About 50% of the heat from a radiator is used to heat the wall behind it. Only about 50% is used to heat the room itself.
As the radiator warms up, it warms the wall behind it. The heat is then transferred to the outside of the wall where it is lost.
Energy is saved and the fuel bills are substantially reduced giving very early payback periods (6 months to 24 months).

Without Heatsaver the radiator must first heat up the wall behind - this heat seeps through the wall and out of the building.

There is no need to remove the radiators to fit the panels and they come complete with comprehensive fitting instructions and a roll of double-sided tape. Each panel is 60cm high x 53cm wide. Generally each standard sized radiator will need two panels.

With HeatSaver the hot air naturally rising behind a radiator is caused to spin by the profile of the panel creating a series of vortices, rising at higher speed, and continuing to spin out into the room. The wall behind the panel stays cool.
