30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, please return it, within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
Items returned under our 30 day guarantee should be returned to us in their original condition including any packaging. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
You will be entitled to a full refund from us (but not the delivery charge) which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to us. In the case of CD's, DVD's or software, if you have removed or broken the seal with which they were delivered they are non-returnable unless such products are faulty.
YOU MUST RETURN EVERY SINGLE ITEM OF THE PRODUCT, AND NOT DEFACE ITS BOX OR ANY OF THE CONTENTS. IF ANY ITEM OF THE PRODUCT IS MISSING OR DEFACED THEN WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU. THE PRODUCTS MUST BE IN A RESALEABLE CONDITION.
For your protection we suggest returning the products using a method where they are insured, since if the products are lost in transit we will not be able to refund you. Once received, we will check the products and packaging and if returned in an acceptable condition, will process your refund.
If the product is found to be faulty, please contact us by telephone or email (email@example.com) and explain the problem - it may be that the product is not faulty and we can help to resolve any problems. If the product is faulty, please return it to us with its original packaging. We will either (at our option) deliver a replacement product to you or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the product.
If the products returned to us are not found to be faulty then we will not refund your postage, and we may need to charge you for return delivery. Therefore please make sure the product is actually faulty before returning it - the easiest way to do this, is by e-mailing us first!
When you return a product, please ENSURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS otherwise we will not know where your package came from or who to send a replacement to.
You agree that you will assist us in making a claim against our carriers or the Royal Mail for any non delivery. This involves filling in a simple form and returining it to us by email or post.

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch.
If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days
If I donít like my purchase or change my mind can I return my item?
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Just notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to arrange collection of the item. If your item has not shipped yet we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price. Please note, your return must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We normally issue refunds within 3-5 working days after the item has been received and inspected, although it may take several more days to be received by your bank. In any case, we will issue valid refunds within 30 days at the latest.
Can I return an item after it has been used?
If the item is faulty of course, if the item has been used we are unable to accept returns.
Do I pay to return the item?
Yes, you are responsible for returning the item. You can either send the item to the return address provided, or you can prepare the item in its original packaging and we can quote a collection charge which will then be deducted out of your refund.
How do I cancel an order before it ships?
You may send a request for cancellation at any time by sending us an email to email@example.com. We will send you confirmation by email of the cancellation if we are able to stop the shipment - if it has shipped you may return the item as per our return policy.
