| Returns Policy It is important to us that you are happy with any item you purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied you must notify us immediately and within 7 working days of receiving the item. You will be entitled to a full refund from us (but not the delivery charge) which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to us. In the case of CD's, DVD's or software, if you have removed or broken the seal with which they were delivered they are non-returnable unless such products are faulty. YOU MUST RETURN EVERY SINGLE ITEM OF THE PRODUCT, AND NOT DEFACE ITS BOX OR ANY OF THE CONTENTS. IF ANY ITEM OF THE PRODUCT IS MISSING OR DEFACED THEN WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU.THE PRODUCTS MUST BE IN A RESALEABLE CONDITION. For your protection we suggest returning the products using a method where they are insured, since if the products are lost in transit we will not be able to refund you.
